Our Founder
Previously an attorney at one of the world’s largest corporate law firms in New York City, Shearman & Sterling LLP, Peter Saad has successfully closed over $50 billion in deals. He has had the opportunity to represent clients including Bunge Limited, Barrick Gold Corporation, BE Aerospace Inc., McGraw-Hill Incorporated, The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., and Banc of America Securities LLC. Leveraging his MBA and professional business background, Peter is a lawyer with a unique understanding of today’s business landscape, the demands of the sector, and the specific business and legal challenges faced by owners, CEOs and entrepreneurs.
